Had such a great time at this hotel! The public bath facilities were amazing - both indoors and outdoors had the most stunning views. The staff were so helpful and friendly, they even organized a shrine celebration for us and provided a free shuttle to the ferry. The breakfast served in our room was delicious and satisfying. Couldn't have asked for a better location right by the lake.
The hotel looked a little dated and could use some renovation. The price felt a bit steep compared to the level of services provided.

Serene location on the lake with excellent indoor and outdoor bath facilities. Local cultural entertainment in the evenings. Good breakfast with explanations of each dish. Helpful staff who organized transportation to a shrine celebration.
Nothing could have been better.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel, surrounded by beautiful scenery and wonderful amenities. One highlight was the hotel shuttle, which took us to and from Ryotsu port in a huge bus. Our room overlooking the lake was spacious and well-equipped, with an amazing Japanese-style bathroom and outstanding service. the breakfast was delicious and varied, with fresh local ingredients, and we loved the cultural dance performances at night, which provided a unique glimpse into Sado Island's rich history.
One minor issue we encountered was with taxi rides, as they tended to be expensive. the hotel's shuttle bus was a great alternative and made it easy to get around the island.
